Going Home

On Thursday, July 9th, I packed up the kids and the dog and we headed on out for an unexpected vacation home to NY.

(Here they are right outside of the car that they just spent the last 13 hours in!)

It was just a couple days before that we decided to go, so it was like a pleasant surprise.

After living for about a week in 100+ degree weather, it was WONDERFUL to come up here while there was an unseasonably "cold spell" (On Friday it was a high of 58).

This was taken right off my parents deck during our "cold spell"

Saturday I took the kids to Middletown to visit "Aunt Bonnie" We had such a fun day swimming at her house. Here are a few picks from the visit...

Here are some of the kids in my parents backyard playing on Sunday...

As you can see, so far the kids and I are having TONS of fun!

Even Howie is having a good time playing with mom's dog Chelsea!

DEFINATELY MORE TO COME...
