Sissy

As I was looking over all of my previous blogs, I realized something...I have posted quite a few stories about all of my kids...all but Mackenzie. I have not intentionally left her out, it's just that she is such a calm, laid back individual and rarely gets into any mischief.

So in honor of Sissy (that's her nickname), here's one of her stories:

This one actually happened today, and it is not the first time this has happened either...

Sissy loves food. She loves to eat. She'll eat anything. ESPECIALLY candy. Sis will go through whatever it takes to get something to eat including fake an illness or disease. Today's illness? I'll let you guess. Our conversation went just like this:

Sis: Mom I'm hungry

Me: Sissy you just had breakfast, just wait a little while and I'll get you a snack.

Sis: OK

two minutes later

Sis: MOM I really need to have some candy NOW because my sugar is starting to go down!

Did you guess what she has now??? Yep, my poor dear 4 yr. old has just diagnosed herself with diabetes.
